Cancellation Policy

* No Show / Cancellation / Late Arrival Policies:

No shows, late cancellations, and late arrivals are all very disruptive to your clinician’s schedule. Below are the policies we have implemented regarding these situations.

No shows are defined as missing an appointment without any prior notification.

1. New patients that no show for their first appointment will not be re-scheduled; they will return to the waiting list.
2. Returning patients that no show will be charged 25% of the total missed appointment fee.
3. Any patient that no shows twice in a one year period can be discharged from the practice.

To avoid falling into the no show category, you can call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and leave a message. Your message will be time stamped.

Cancellations called in with less than 24-hours notice will be subject to a charge equal to 25% of the total appointment fee. Emergencies will be considered only on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrivals can be as disruptive to your clinician’s schedule as a cancellation or no show. Depending on how late you arrive, you may not be able to be seen that day and may have to be rescheduled. Each clinician has their own individual policy concerning late arrivals that is generally based on the length of your appointment. Please consult with your clinician concerning their policy.

Thank you for your understanding and adherence to these policies.
